Magni 504 is a chrome-free, water-based coating engineered for use on stainlesssteel. Typical applications include nuts, bolts, screws and clamps. This coatingfeatures an inorganic/organic hybrid resin system that withstands automotive fluidresistance requirements and should be applied to thread-forming fasteners andother fasteners that require high lubricity. Magni 504 is often used on stainlesssteel fasteners to prevent galling during assembly.
